RETURN POLICY

Atelier Simō Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Atelier Simō. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Candles must not be burned.
  • Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds & Store Credit:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  •  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at simomadethis@gmail.com We will gladly replace or refund the item.

Exceptions:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
