Candles & Fragrance

  • What type of wax do you use in your candles? We use 100% natural soy wax, which is a clean-burning and sustainable alternative to paraffin wax.

  • What are your fragrance blends like? We use high-quality essential oils to create unique and captivating scents designed to enhance your well-being.

  • Can you tell me more about the concrete vessels? Our vessels are handcrafted from concrete or hydrostone, offering a modern and minimalist aesthetic. They are designed to be reused or repurposed once the candle is finished.

Candle Care & Safety

  • How do I properly care for my candle?

    • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
    • Allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the container before extinguishing the candle. This will prevent tunneling.
    • Burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.
    • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
    • Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets.
    • Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface.

  • What should I do when my candle is finished? Once the candle is finished burning, allow the wax to cool completely. The Hydrostone vessel can be cleaned with warm soapy water and reused for storage or other purposes.

  • Can I return my candle? Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for information on returns and refunds.
